Privacy Policy

This policy applies to personal data submitted through this preliminary Atlantic Nomads website and waitlist. Atlantic Nomads is the project name; the final data-controller identity and registered address will be confirmed in the launch documentation. Until then, privacy requests may be sent to hello@atlanticnomads.com.

Information and purposes

We may collect your name, email address, telephone details, consent record, referral information and later correspondence to manage your interest, answer enquiries and share relevant project or pre-sales updates. Form submissions are stored in a restricted Google Sheet and may later be transferred to the Atlantic Nomads Mailchimp audience for consented launch communications. Limited technical information may be processed for hosting and security. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Optional website analytics

If you accept optional cookies, Microsoft Clarity may process interaction information such as clicks, scrolling, page navigation, device details and session recordings to help us improve the website. Clarity does not load before consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Legal grounds and recipients

Waitlist communications and optional analytics are based on consent. Pre-contractual steps, essential security, administration and legal obligations may provide additional lawful grounds where applicable. Access is limited to authorised project-team members and providers supporting hosting, data storage, communications, analytics, security and project administration under suitable confidentiality and data-processing obligations. Those providers may include Google, Intuit Mailchimp, Microsoft Clarity and Netlify.

Retention and rights

Waitlist data is retained until launch and for a reasonable follow-up period, reviewed no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless consent is withdrawn sooner. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

This website uses the minimum browser storage needed to remember your privacy choice. Microsoft Clarity analytics is optional and remains disabled unless you actively accept it. We do not use advertising or social-media cookies.

These insights help us understand navigation and improve the landing page. Microsoft may process device, network and interaction information under its own privacy terms.

Accepting and rejecting are equally accessible. You can reopen the controls from Cookie settings in the footer and withdraw consent at any time. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect the waitlist form or the essential operation of the website.
